What it costs

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 7 to 15 business days. During busy periods it can stretch toward 25. That is slower than Amazon, and we would rather tell you plainly than surprise you after you have paid.

Why it takes that long

We are a small brand and we ship direct from our production partners rather than holding a warehouse. That keeps prices down and delivery slower. It is a real trade-off and we have chosen the side that keeps the range affordable.

If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number within 2 to 5 business days. One thing worth knowing up front: tracking often goes quiet for up to a week in the middle of the journey, while the parcel moves between carriers. That is normal and it does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and import charges

Any import duty on your order is ours to cover, not yours. If a carrier ever does present you with a charge at the door, forward us the notice and we will reimburse you.

If it does not turn up

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, email us and we will refund it or send a replacement. No forms and no argument.
